Recommended Reading: Don’t Make Me Think
I’m in a meeting with clients this morning helping them understand how to take ownership of their website, showing them the basics of managing content, and coaching them on how to approach the usability and testing of it. I pull my copy of Steve Krug’s excellent Don’t Make Me Think: A Common Sense Approach to Web Usability, 2nd Edition
off the shelf and tell them they need to read it.
They order two copies online right away. You should too if you have responsibility for a website. It’s that good 🙂
